Dining Hall considered Counter Service?

Are the resort dining halls considered counter service for the dining plan?

We never had the DDP before but are lucky enough to be arriving on the very last day free dining is being offered! We were able to change our existing reservation at POR to include the dining.

Do you mean the food courts? If so yes, they are CS on the DDP.
