I am overbooked on TS ADRs for our trip next week! It's my first time using DDP and I'm trying to get the most value out of it. I'm listing my dining plans below... are there any you think I should change and/or drop? I've included a few that I'm planning to pay OOP for - do you think they are worth it? Our party is DH, myself, and our 5yo daughter. Thanks in advance!

Monday (travel/check-in):
Dinner at Boma (TS)

Tuesday (MK):
Breakfast either at Landscape of Flavors or stuff we take with us (OOP)
Lunch at BOG (QS)
Dinner at MK - probably Pecos Bill's (QS)

Wednesday (HS & Pool Time):
Breakfast at Hollywood & Vine w/ Disney Jr. characters (OOP)
Lunch at 50's Prime Time (OOP)
Dinner either at Landscape of Flavors or order pizza (OOP)

Thursday (AK & Epcot):
Breakfast at Tusker House (TS)
Lunch at Flame Tree BBQ (QS)
Dinner at Biergarten (TS) This one is for DH. He loves German food.

Friday (MK):
Breakfast at BOG (QS)
Lunch at CRT (2TS) We're doing this after DD's BBB appointment so she'll be all dressed up to see the princesses.
Dinner at Columbia Harbor House (QS)

Saturday (travel home):
Breakfast at Whispering Canyon Cafe (OOP)

I'm gonna weigh 900 pounds by the time we get home...

I would definitely drop something on Thursday. Two buffets plus a QS meal makes my stomach hurt just thinking about it.
Great point! I want to try the food booths at Epcot anyway so I'll need to use that lunch QS credit somewhere else. Thanks so much! I get so involved in planning it can be hard to see the "big picture".

I agree with the PP about Thursday - way too much food. I will also add Wednesday to that. We ate at Hollywood and vine for lunch and couldn't eat dinner after that. Buffets are so much food. I would eat at Prime Time for a late lunch or early dinner like 3pm or 4pm. If we eat a buffet for breakfast then we usually skip lunch.

Wednesday and Thursday will be way more food than you realize. Wednesday looks like a partial day at HS, I can't imagine you being hungry enough to eat two large meals before departing for pool time. And then having dinner. Do breakfast skip lunch at prime time, and maybe a light something at the pool. Salads sandwhiches etc.
Thursday is also a ton of food. Tusker house is good. But I'd drop either that or flame tree, if beirgarten is a must.
On days we've eaten at Tusker, we didn't eat again until dinner like a 7 pm dinner.

Where are you staying? A lot of pools have really good pool side or really close avail food.

I think I will do exactly what you suggested. I want to try 50's, but I'm sure it really will be too much. We are staying at Art of Animation and I want DD to have time at The Big Blue pool. I think I'll drop Flame Tree on Thursday. There's not a lot at AK that DD is interested in, so I don't expect to be there for long. Thank you for the great input!

Thank you for the input! I think we'll just skip lunch on Wednesday. I am trying to remember that we have all these snack credits to use too!

If you keep 50's the sampler with fried chicken, meatloaf and pot roast can be shared between 2 people. DH got that and I got a salad but we had a regular foodcourt breakfast. Since you are OOP no need to have to order dessert.

You're going to need a wheelbarrow to get back to you resort. We usually eat one bigger meal and one smaller meal each day. You could use your table credits for those two OOP you are planning on doing. But I'd drop one of those, too. Remember all those meals are going to take your park time. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday would all be two meal days for me. Drop the lunches or eat an earlier lunch and drop breakfast. Or eat a later breakfast and then dinner. Or just an earlier breakfast and later lunch and eat a snack for dinner.

One thing we do when we want to try more places, but aren't hungry enough to eat a whole meal each is share meals at places like 50's Prime Time or Flame Tree. That way we get the experience and try the food without eating too much. Of course you can't do this a t buffets or AYCTE places.

Thanks for the input everyone! I knew I had too much going on. Definitely going to get rid of some of these meals.
