Dining/DVC/Ticket

Wow. This question covers so many topics, I wasn't sure where to post it.

We are planning to go to WDW in October 2012 and in May 2013.
We are staying on DVC points for both trips.
We are planning to buy an annual pass which will cover our tickets for both trips.

Can we get the dining package for both trips? Or are we limited to the first trip when we buy our annual pass?

If you are staying on a DVC reservation, you can purchase a dining plan with your reservation without any ticket purchase requirement at all. You must add the dining plan to your reservation no later than 2 days before arrival.

Nope, can't do that unless they get a separate room. The DDP is all or nothing. Everybody registered in the room has to get it, or nobody gets it.
