Dining discounts over Christmas

Do any of the dining discounts work on Christmas-eve and Christmas day? I have the DVC membership and will be purchasing the Annual Pass as well as the DDE card. I read that the 20% discount from the DDE card does not work on those days. I also found out the discount does not work with dining events like fantasmic dining and the candlelight processional. Anyone know if DVC or AP discounts work for on these days or events?

We have used dvc discount on xmas 2004 & 2005 at Artist Point at Kona Cafe (when we had discounts there) and Fresh. We were surprised that they gave us the discount during the holiday. Last 2 years we have had DDP so did not use our dvc dining discounts.

DVC and AP discounts work on those days, but for the same locations as usual. There are no discounts for Candlelight. I checked when I booked.
