Dining credits on KTTW card

I have the QS dining, I have 3 adults + 3 kids and we have 2 rooms (my 21 DD + 2 kids in one room & 2 adults + 1 kid in the other room).

1. Will I be able to have ALL the dining credits added together all on my KTTW or will they have to be split up based on the the people in each room?
2. Can I have the dining credits just on mine and my DH's card or will every card have access to the dining credits?

1) If both rooms are under the same reservation number then all credits will be together. If they are 2 reservations then they'll be on each room separately.
2) The credits will be on all cards. You can only limit charging privileges on each card.

We are staying at POP so each room has it's own reservation # but they are crossed related together. I am the responsible party on both since the adult in one of the rooms is our DD21.

We had 2 rooms at POP in '07 and I thought when we checked in, they offered to put all our dining credits together and we were able to limit only 2 of our cards to have dining credit previledges but not sure they can/will still do that.

I really hope they can combine all the credits...I can handle all of the cards showing the QS credits but having to keep up with QS credits with 2 different KTTW will really be a nightmare.

If each room has its own separate reservation number, the credits will be separated between rooms, no matter whether or not you have the rooms "related". According to Disney, 21 is old enough to be a "responsible party" so that doesn't make any difference who is actually paying for the room. It's still considered a separate reservation.

You cannot combine them, nor can you get cards with no dining credits attached. You can limit charging privileges on specific cards, but not the dining credits.
