dining credit for tapas @ la cava del tequilla

does anyone know if you can use snack credit(s) for tapas options at la cava del tequilla in epcot. (yes, i know you can't use them for alcohol).

Sorry its not on the DDP 2010 Brochure so I do not think so (Now I realize sometimes its not updated with new restaurants) But I do believe strongly it is not.

La Cava del Tequila does not participate in the Disney Dining Plan nor the Tables in Wonderland program.
