dining before MVMCP

We would like to make ADRs for 5:30 before a MVMCP but not spend the day in MK. Here's the ? - do we have to be in the park by a certain time or will we be allowed to enter at 5ish?

I'm not sure I totally understand your question. If you're asking if you can enter MK without a park ticket because you have an ADR, than the answer is no you can't. If you're asking if you can enter at 5pm when you have MVMCP tickets, than I believe the answer is yes. From what I've read you can enter as early as 4pm with a MVMCP ticket.

You can enter any time you want to, even when the park is closed from 6:00p to 7:00p, they still let party goers in.

We usually enter at 4 p.m. - they'll give you a wristband so they'll know you will be staying for the party. We've always made MK our park of choice for the day of the party & go at 4 p.m. so we don't have to use a regular park ticket & still have the time to see everything we want to until 12 a.m.

Thanks! You all answered our question. We will have hopper passes for the length of stay, so we might or might not be at MK sometime that day, but would like to go back to the resort and rest before coming to MK for dinner and the MVMCP.
