Dining at Universal....I have no clue

Hi there.
One thing I have no idea about on our upcoming trip is about dining at Universal.
Does anyone have a website that has menu lists, prices, etc. Also, when can you make ressies?
Who do I call for reservations?
Do they have anywhere to go for characters?
Also, we will be there New Year's Eve...have I missed the date to make ressies for that?

My favorite restaurant is Mythos is Islands of Adventure. I also really like the Latin Quarter in City Walk.
There is a LOT of information about restaurants on this board. Read through some and you'll learn a lot.

If you can try to have a meal at Mama Della's at Portofino. It's my next favorite restaurant after Mythos.
