Dining and Magic Band question

Hello,

My question is............Is there any restaurant or bar or other establishment within the grounds of WDW where Magic Bands CANNOT be used for a meal, drink, etc.

Yes. Any restaurants at the Swan and Dolphin.

Even if the answer were "you can use them absolutely everywhere" I would still take backup CC or cash. Just a couple weeks ago the MB payment system went down for hours.
