Dining and Illuminations

Hi everyone,
We want to get a meal at Rose and Crown during our next trip in February and also catch Illuminations. When I go to make my formerly called PS in a month, will they be able to tell me what time Epcot closes in February so I can pick a time accordingly? What have been your experiences?

Illuminations is always at 9pm. It never changes. Keep in mind it can be quite nippy outside here in February if you are planning on dining outside to try and see Illuminations.

I always thought Illuminations was at 9pm too until I saw this December's calendar and it is at 9:30 all month. If you plan for 9pm and it is 9:30pm...no problem. I have never seen it earlier than 9pm.
