Dining 60 days plus 10 HELP

Hey everyone I check into the Swan Reserve on Sunday, March 6 for a 5 day stay which makes today my 60 day mark.

However, when I log in today to book dining it shows March 6-11 as options but only March 6 shows restaurants. I’m under the impression the Swan Reserve had 60 + 10 benefits but am I mistaken?

Does anyone have a recommendation on which Disney department I should call? Dining? Web support?

I had this happen yesterday. I called dining and was on hold for over an hour and once I was connected they said guest services has to solve this problem. She gathered my contact info and put me into the callback queue for guest services. They called me in 2 minutes and booked all of my meals for me. I wish I knew a direct number to help you but I didn’t take a direct route myself. And I bet the calling lines are terrible today with the spring discount offer that released this morning.

BTW: it’s been a known glitch with the Reserve since it opened. And I got every meal that I wanted (although I wasn’t going for the mega popular ones this trip) so no worries that they are all booked up and you missed out.

I called at 6:00am and they said a 2 hour wait, so I jumped on the web site and got my 60 day ressie. I then searched for the particular restaurant I wanted on 60 + 1. The calendar wouldn't advance past 60 days. I called about 1:00pm and got right in, they gave me another 3 reservations. Next day I went to the web site and searched for a particular restaurant and the calendar was stuck back at my 60 day mark. So I backed up my search and just selected Epcot, dinner. Then I could move the calendar to 60 plus 8. It showed me all the restaurants that had openings for dinner that day. I picked the one I wanted and life was good.
