Could someone please explain this to me?? I downloaded DINGS but have yet to see a "ding"...does it just pop up?? I'm trying to find cheap airfare from detroit to Orlando in October or around then? thanks!

Once you download and install it, you will see a southwest logo in your system tray (lower right corner of your screen). When you get a ding you will see that the icon will change and their will be a small envelope on top of the logo. If you have sound on your computer you will here the familiar ding sound from TV commercials. Click on the logo and you will see the specials.
