I use to have Ding on my computer early last year.. and now I would like to put it back on.. When I go into the control panel to remove it as there's an updated version it will not let me and it will not let me download the new one.. Has anyone experienced this?.. Not sure on what to do.. and would like to put it back on my computer.. I ever turned off the firer wall but still no luck.. any suggestions??.. I will post in transportation also to see if I can get how to fix this!.. Thanks.. Sarah
