Dine with Animal Specialist?

I did see it a few weeks ago, I think, on the MDE app, as part of the lunch offerings at Sanaa. They keep changing it around though, where you can find it. But this time I saw it under dining reservations at Sanaa. It's always been great. If you do it, would you please post on how it is now? I haven't done it in a few years, and last time I did it, at only $49, it was a great deal. Oh, and I noted that it was offered on Wednesday and Saturday as of a few weeks ago.

I have done it 4 times! If it is offered on Saturdays, well good. I am looking at December 2.

Can you tell me more about it? Can you request certain animal specialists?
Is there an age requirement?

I know there's an age minimum, but I forget what it is. I've seen a couple older children there, 10 or so, and I remember they were offered child's meals. You've never been able to request animal specialist-you never know who you're getting. In the three times I've done it, I've had 4 different specialists (once I had two of them). They're always someone from the care team of the animals at AKL/AKV. Each time the person(S) gave us their bio, told us about the history of the savannah animals a little, answered questions, told us events involving animals they have (like the one brought over from AK because he was too curious with the trucks, about the one-eyed ostrich, about why they were following a zebra around, etc. Here's one Animal Keeper, Dan
