Dine w/ Imagineer or Disney Quest

For our 10 year anniversery we are going, without the kiddies, to WDW. We have been many times and will be back two weeks later with our daughters who are pretty young. We want to do one thing, that we would not be able to do if the girls were with us. We also wanted it to be something we have never done before. Since we are on a budget, we can only do one of these and I need help picking which one.

We can either spend half a day at Disney Quest and then have a nice lunch at DTD

Go to MGM and do the Dine with an Imagineer package at the Brown Derby

Any thoughts on which would be a better experience!!!!!!!!!!!!
