Dilemma Question

UGH!!! I have a question? I paid my trip with Disney Gift Cards. I need to cancel now due to a pipe break at my home so I need the money for that. Will they give me cash back? I hate having to cancel but I don't know what else to do!

They will put the money back onto the same Disney gift cards for future use. They will not give you cash back.
