Hi all
Looking for a Digital Underwater Camera for our summer\Disney\waterpark, Beach etc..
Ive been wanting something around or not much more than 300 dollars

I want something that is good for Video and stills in the water

Any Ideas?
Suggestions?

Why don't you get a waterproof case for your camera? Something like a DiCaPac waterproof case should work fine for your needs and fit your budget.

Last winter I bought my husband for Christmas an olympus
Olympus Stylus 550WP 10MP Waterproof Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom
Price has dropped to a very affordable price at amazon 129.88

It does a really nice job in water especially if you set on the correct settings (oddly that took us awhile to figure out!) Only think I hate about the camera, poor battery life and if you are in salt water, it seems to stick to the lens. So you need to clean it off a lot.
But it takes nice photos in general.
here is one example...

DPReview recently did a review of underwater cameras. You can find it here. We bought my son a Canon D10 for Christmas and he loves it.

We also use a Canon G9 with a waterproof shell and it works great. When the shell is on, it is bulkier and harder to use than a normal underwater camera, but it is still very usable.

I got the Canon D10 for our last Disney cruise and I love it. The only thing is it has a little bit of a lag time between shots. The photos in my siggie are taken with this camera. Here's one I took at Castaway Cay.

I also have the Canon D10. Haven't used it underwater yet but am pleased with the pictures out of the water so far.

I have a camera, I just wanted one mainly for
Beach, Waterparks, Underwater Video(the main thing I want in the underwater video)

For Everyday life, Magic kingdom etc, I will use my regular camera.
Even though Ive been eyeing up a nice Nikon or Cannon, Point and Shoot.
Any suggestions?
:)

Maybe I'm not understanding this second post of yours but the camera's being suggested above are underwater camera's.

Since you wish to use it out of the water at the beach (which is a good idea because of the sand) it can be important to have a camera that also does well out of the water. Just something to think about.
