Here's what I came up with for the scrapmatters challenge.

Here are two Animal Kingdom Layouts I did yesterday. They will probably go next to each other in the Shutterfly book I have planned in my head, so that's why I did the same word order type thing on both.

Jessica i love your layouts. What i love but have no idea how to do in Photoshop, is the Text around the border? I think you may have used CM template? I haven't purchased SB+ and probably won't but after seeing pic of some of the digital stuff(DIsney) i just might.

The text is super easy, it should work the same in photoshop as in SBC+. I just make one text box (the one at the top of the page) first, then I copy and paste it, then I rotate it 90 degrees for the right side, make another copy, rotate it 180 for the bottom, and make another copy, and rotate it 270 for the left side! I could then group them together as one thing to move them as a unit, but I make it as four long skinny text boxes, KWIM? Thanks for the compliments!

Tomorrow is National Scrapbooking Day and the digital sites usually go a bit crazy. If you plan on doing some shopping, I suggest checking out the coupons in the DST newsletter first... you may find a coupon for what you are already buying!

Fran - LOVE the LO! And you are right, digi-sites go all out. We are at SM for sure. Hope to see lots of you over there playing. I've designed lots of little goodies for challenge participation gifts and whatnot. There's a sticky in the forum that's tracking all the events.

But yes, DST is the definitive place to go check out what's going on!

And Fran, I emailed the site owner to find out what's up with your account. I couldn't figure it out on my own!

Thank you! The paper is in Britt's Shiver Me Timbers, I just squished it a little to make it more square. Almost everything is from that kit with a couple things like the mickey ears and brad from her freebie Tell No Tales.

Thanks, Christy! I loved your's too! Black and white pictures have such a unique feel to them. This is my first black and white layout and it definitely won't be my last.

LOVE the LOs everyone!! Fran - that is so funny about your power! I mean, not funny you lost power, but where you were online when it happened!! At least you weren't in the middle of a masterpiece LO that you hadn't saved yet or something! HAHA

Heads up! I'll be hosting 2 challenges tomorrow at ScrapMatters. One is an all day one (starts at midnight) with a bit of a "magical" theme. So watch for that! (there's a cute prize!!)
