Well, I finally got off my butt (or rather on it) and got a page done. I'm hoping to scrap more of our 2006/07 trips soon but realistically I'll probably scrap the upcoming cruise first. Click on the image for what credits I can remember (not very good at my organization yet )



Okay... linking to the picture at photobucket doesn't show the description I added (which is where the credits are). How do I do that, please, someone? Thanks.

I did a search just now on Two Peas for her user name, but didn't find anything. I checked the links from the old post and they seem to have been deleted. Interestingly enough the links she posted upthread are on Two Peas under a new name, yet she posted here under the other name. I always think of that whole mess when I post my layouts, especially my digital ones. I would suggest to everyone to add a watermark or something to each of their layouts to make it less desirable to thieves. I just hope her appearance in this thread won't lead to anymore layouts to be stolen. No one needs that again.

OK, so now I guess I need to know an easy way to add watermark to my photos/LO's. Any tips/suggestions? It never really occurred to me that anyone would copy a layout and post it somewhere else as their own. I obviously wasn't around for the previous fiasco. Thanks

This method will work in Photoshop since it is what I'm most familar with, but I'm sure the other programs have similar ways to do it. A simple and easy way to create a watermark is to type out your text. Then you decrease the fill or opacity down to 0. Then add an emboss/bevel filter to it.

An example:

Try to position it in such a way that you can't just crop the watermark out.

I'm Brittney of Britt-ish Designs and this forum, specifically this thread, was brought to my attention because so many of you are using my Disney inspired digi-products!! I'm so happy to have found this place to share my Disney LOs!! WOO HOO!!! A big thanks to those of you who have found my designs! I have a passion for Disney and I had to create the perfect kits so I coud scrap those Disneyland trips right!! Are you like me? Scrapping my Disney trips pics is so hard because they are such treasures I'm stressed that I'm not going to scrap them perfectly!! Haha. That's why I started making my Disney-inspired kits.

Thanks! I just blended a photo we took out the porthole into one of the solid blue papers!! It turned the page from "cute" into "WOW! I FEEL LIKE I'M THERE!"

I've learned to not let it bug me. Everyone spells it different. 'Britt' will be great!
