Such awesome LOs everyone! I need to catch up in commenting! Hopefully I can leave everyone love at SM, I'm so behind online! I still have this cough, too, which is getting annoying (screaming for 2 days straight & sitting out in the rain then cold probably isn't helping, haha.) I ran and bought Britt's kit today, and love the Wicked one. Love all the LOs from those kits girls!

I couldn't finish this one as quick as my Game 1 LO. The game ended later, and then I was having computer problems until this afternoon. But, I did finally get to work on this LO tonight. I used pretty much the same elements as the game 1 LO so they are similar, but the LO is completely different. I used Melissa's template that was a participation prize in one of her challenges here. LOL, look how much journaling I did, and I still have things I realized I left out after I had saved!

Not sure if this has ever been posted before or not: For my program (Memory mixer) you can use any scanned item (including phots) as backgrounds or embellishments. Its an easy way to get some Disney Magic into your pages.

This LO is of my mom as we were entering Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party. She was a witch, which makes Britt's new kit perfect for me! At first I didn't like that I had to do the pic in B&W (I'm not as good at scrapping B&W pics as Melissa!), but I ultimately like how it came out with the pop of color from the hat!

Thanks. I kept going back and forth on who to be, but I'm glad I went as Snow White. The neck piece kept falling down, though, which was annoying because it was fine the many times I tried it on. It was funny, too, before the party officially started, we were trying to stay cool in Cosmic Rays, and in walks 2 women, one dressed as the Evil Queen. We just kept staring each other down from across the room, hah!

We were at MNSSHP on Tuesday - September 16th. I loved it! It just was over way too quickly! Thanks for the compliments on the Snow White LO! I did go back and fix the name border on my copy but just didn't want to break the link to repost the correction.

Last day of cruise at breakfast at Tritons. The layout was a freebie from Jessica Sprague - with modifications. The little Disney people were from this forum but I don't remember now who to give credit to.

I'm starting to work on my photopass pics (I have about 100 more than last year's week long trip, and those took me forever to do. I have no idea how I'll finish by Nov 1!), and I just have to say that the MNSSHP/Halloween borders are SO cute this year! Last year there were 2 MNSSHP borders, this year there are 3, plus 4 or 5 general Halloween ones.

We were at MNSSHP on Tuesday - September 16th. I loved it! It just was over way too quickly!

That's one of the nights we were at the party, too! It was SO fun, just really hot in our costumes (of course the 2nd night we went it was much cooler, but we didn't dress up!)

Hi guys! Question for you all..

How long does it take for you all to do pages?? I think my computer is just too slow to handle the photoshop elements and all my *junk*. ( I have a very inexpensive laptop - i am sure bottom of the line). But, i just get frustrated, it took me 2.5 hrs last night to do 3 digi layouts. I am just feeling caught now -- i want to really catch up on my scrapbooking, but fear that i just can't do it on my laptop. (and our desktop pc is about 7 yrs old!).. And buying a new computer just isn't in the forcast..
Sorry.. just had to vent..

BTW, i am loving all your lo's!

Caits -- I would love to help you, but I don't think I am the right person. It would take me that long just to do one LO, but the problem is not my computer -- it's just me! Someone has mentioned before to get an external hard drive (?) Sorry, hopefully, a faster scrapper can help you out.

Christy -- I LOVE IT! (your LO and the kit) I had not seen that kit at SM yet. I want it!! (but I just bought stuff from their birthday sale that I haven't even used it! But it is so pretty!! OK, you talked me into it -- I'm buying it!)

Melissa -- very pretty colors. I love the dew drops on the leaves and the "fall" alpha.

Janette -- very pretty! I love how you have kept the background simple to really make all those flower pictures pop!

NoNoiseControl -- very fun LOs and pictures. I love all your embelllishments, especially that Disney family.

Heather -- great witch LO with your Mom. Isn't that kit great?!

Thanks Suzi, I actually don't have much in the way of kits and such stored on my laptop, but i think the program itself (PSE6) is just too much for my laptop.. it always freezes up, and stops responding for a few minutes, then it goes back to normal.. it's really annoying. I am just a "fast" scrapper, and i HATE waiting for my computer to respond, when i am just wanting to finish a page!LOL

It takes me that long or longer to do one LO, lmao! However, I don't have issues with my program running slow or crashing on me, my lappy is just under 2yrs old. Can you buy more memory for your lappy? I'd put a new laptop on my list for Santa.
