Digital Photo Frames

I am going to get my mother a digital photo frame for Christmas. Are there any that you would recommend?

Are they all electric or does some run on batteries?

Do you have to download pictures on them or can you just plug in a Flash Drive/USB thingy?

haa, haa, funny you just posted this, I JUST bought one at Costco. They had the same ones at BJ's also!
I bought a Pandigital, it stores up to 6400 images at 1GB.
This one plays music, vidoes, has a clock and calendar, and alarm. Also a 5 in 1 card reader..this one is a plug and play it is wi fi compatible. This one includes white & charcoal mats.
I watched this one, it has an awesome LCD screen! very clean and crisp photos! I have to say I knew nothing about them until christmas shopping, now I want one!!

I know there are some that take flash drives; I have one. It runs on AC power, not batteries. I'd imagine there are some that run on batteries but I don't know for sure. Mine was made by Digital Decor and I got it at Target a little more than a year ago; the reason I got that one was because it had little phrases (Family, Celebrate, etc.) that you can interchange that sit on top of the frame in a little groove. I thought it looked cool.
