Digital Help!!!!

Ok so I used my new digital kit from Britt and made a layout in Scrapbook factory delux which saves it in .sbk format - I want to be able to share it - so do i change the format? and if so to what? I tried changing it to jpg and it looks out of focus.
can someone help?
