Digital dvc cards?

hi my dh & I have been dvc members at BWV since 1999. We bought direct with Disney. I read on a thread people talking about digital dvc cards, should we have these?

I should mention we live in the uk ( if that makes a difference)

You should have real DVC cards, if not the digital one is a temporary 3 month "card" you can use until you get a real card.

Thanks we have the new cards , just didn't know about digital ones didn't realise they were a temporary measure

you can find you digital copy on DVC website. Login -> top right hand corner -> My DVC membership.
At the pop-up menu to the left side under your name there should be My Membership card.
You can use it even you have the physical card. In case you forgot to bring... you can download this version and show at cashier to get your DVC discount

Our last visit, I actually had to argue with a CM about the digital pic of my card as I was told it was not allowed to be used for DVC discounts. Said that was all DVC supplied to me as neither the DW or myself had (or have yet) received the new membership cards being issued this year. Sadly 2 months after requesting and being provided that digital temporary card, we still do not have our new cards.
