Digital download ride photos

If I don't have Memory Maker, can I pay to download a ride photo from my Magic Band after the trip or do I have to buy it immediately after I get off the ride? Just thinking if we go on the same ride several times, I want to be able to choose between several photos over several days.

You have to do it immediately. The only way ride photos are linked to your photopass account is if you have memory maker or purchase it after the ride.

Not true. I've been back from Disney for a week now and I just looked at my PhotoPass photos. The ones from rides and the photographers are all there, and I have until December 5th to purchase. So they are linked to your MDE

Also, I did not have MemoryMaker

Nope, I never use MM, and all of my ride photos - including SDMT(PLUS videos!) - are on my PhotoPass account. They changed this not long ago I believe.

We were there in early October, and did not purchase memory maker. My friends bought one ride download at the ride. A couple of days ago, Disney changed the way photopass works, and now all our ride photos from our trip are on our account. EXCEPT 7DMT, that has not shown up in photo or video format for us. I don't know if it's a glitch, or if that ride is only available with MM, but we don't have that one.

We were there Columbus Day weekend. We didn't have MM or PhotoPass. Ride photos are now put on your MDE account if you have a magic band. All the rides with photos- including 7DMT were all on our MDE account by date and we have 1 month from the date to purchase them. So if you only want ride photos, you don't need to purchase MM or PP.

But if you want the videos you need the MM. I can see our ToT videos, but you are not able to do anything with them without the MM.

Same thing here- we went in late September- 4 weeks later all our ride photos showed up. We didn't purchase MM. Nice they've opted to include those with the Archive and makes the decision to wait to purchase a little easier.

We have all our rides- including 7dmt.

We were there two weeks ago - no Memory Maker. Our 7DMT and TT photos were in our PhotoPass account and I was able to purchase one shot from 7DMT. They were not there the first time I checked but when I went in a few days ago to make a purchase they had appeared.
