Digital camera question

does anyone know if shutter's can download pictures from the memory card onto a CD? I am new to the digital camera thing! Thanks!!

Yes they will do that for $14.95 each time you take your memory card to them.

Is there a limit to how many images they transfer for that price? I am using a 512M card and may have upwards of 300 full res images.

(Actually I have 4 cards, but only 1 is 512 - others are 256, 64 and 32)

It'll depend on the data capacity of the CDs they use - probably 700 mb of pictures unless they start transferring pics to DVDs.

That is the price for buring one CD. If you span multiple CD's then I would think they would charge you $14.95 again. I did not use the service, so not sure how long it takes for them to do it or any other details.

I just took my laptop & downloaded them at night.

I believe I have heard there are a couple places in the ports that do this as well and for a lot cheaper. I might be wrong though I am sure someone else can fill you in on where and for how much.
