Hi Dis Family....

We just bought a digital camera for our WDW vacation......
I also bought a 64mb card for it.

Are their places in the parks/resorts that have photo shops that will download my memory cards onto cd's?

Not sure if there is anything in the parks, but there are places close by that do them.

There may be, but don't do it. Get another card... a 256 was at Best Buy in the last two weeks... $35 after rebate. Don't risk the transfer.

I agree. That is a great price!

My recommendation is to get a few cards and download them when you get home.

I heard of someone who did what you wanted only to find the pictures were inaccessible (or missing) from the CD. I don't know what the outcome was but I wouldn't trust it.

I usually take my laptop with me and download them at the end of the day. I also take a few minutes to organize them as well. Saves me time when I get back.

At best get a few more cards. Finding a place to download and burn the photos is sooo expensive (up to 25 a "disk"/memory card). :( Unless you have a buddy down there who will let you transfer and burn photos.

I was soooo glad we had the laptop when we went to AZ.

And DON'T buy them at Disney. When I was there last month I saw someone buy a memory card on Main St. and I nearly had a seizure after seeing the price.
