Digital and Font Question

Can you tell me if it is possible to put fonts into my Adobe Photoshop program. i have the fonts saved on my computer but i don't know if i can add it to the program?

PS will read your fonts from the font directory. You should see a list to choose from in a drop down box, once you select the text tool.
