Difficulty finding hotel availability mid-October

I got a great price on a "mystery" hotel from Groupon. With some work I was able to find out it was the Desert Palms Inn & Suites before I purchased. It's a little longer walk than the ones right by Disneyland but for adults I think it's manageable. Good luck.

You're going to really enjoy that hotel! We've stayed there before and really liked it. The only con to us was the walk, but it isn't that bad if it's all adults in the group.

Thanks for letting me know about the hotel. I'm a Marriott girl so I always try to stay there but even the Fairfield was $170+ a night. There is just my niece and I going - she's 25. So I think we'll be ok walking. If we get lazy/tired we can pay for an ART shuttle.
