Different type of PIN code question.

I am booked for December 8th to the 14th, but am willing to change to December 10th if free dining comes out. I haven't gotten any e-mail pins, and just got off the phone with Disney, and I don't have a PIN offer. Do you think this is because my trip is already booked? Is the system sophisticated enough to know not to offer a PIN to me since I am already booked? I did book the regular dining plan with my reservation.

Same here. I already had the entire package booked. I did call and add a day on the front when I saw that my original arrive date (11/2) was a blackout. The next day I called for the millionth time and the magical FD pin was there.
