I've tried 5 times to phone the DLH and I'm not kididng- they keep on picking the phone up and then hanging up on me.

This is the number I've been using:
0033 160 456500

The first time I rang I asked for a large bed and a pull out bed and he said I needed reservations, and when reservations didn't answer the phone cut out, and then each time I ring the number the guy hangs up on me before speaking. I know I don't need reservations for this sort of request.

I can't believe the customer service and need another number to ring to sort out my request.

Can anyone help?

Try 0033 160 306053 - this is the number for UK Guest Services at DLP (this is also who I had to call in March to do my room requests, Santa Fe couldn't help until about 3 days before my visit, which is when they said they'd have my reservation details at the hotel itself).

That number is for the reception desk which is maybe why the person is not willing to help you as you aren't in the hotel at this time

This doesn't in anyway excuse his/their attitude and would honestly put me off staying there

I would be ringing customer service and complaining and getting them to sort it out

Thanks DLPdaft. I've just tried it and it cuts out. Is this because it's closed? The recorded message says it shuts at 7pm- I guess this is French time?

Carrie- it has put me off, this is supposed to be a once in a lifetime trip for two important reasons. We've had a bad year and this trip was supposed to help us celebrate the fact that my baby son survived (he's disabled and wasn't expected to survive the birth), but yesterday, my MIL (whose coming with us) was diagnosed with stomach cancer that is inoperable and she only has a few months to live, so it's desperately important that the trip is as magical as possible.

So sorry to hear about your MIL

I know how important this trip was to you before this terrible news so hope even more that you get sprinkled with lots of pixie dust to make it as magical a trip as possible. pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust:

My DH emailed DLP a few weeks ago asking for either adjoining or nearby rooms for our trip (don't mind if they aren't next door, just don't want different floors or opposite ends of the hotel) and they replied the next day saying that the request had been noted and they would try their best to meet it. I think he used this email address dlp.guest.communication@disney.com but it's probably best to phone and speak to a person on the number Elaine gave.

I am very sorry about your MIL

This sort of attitude is the last thing you need right now.

Hopefully it was a blip that will be dealt with and when you speak to the right people they will sort it out and your trip will really be filled with Magical Moments xxx

Thanks :goodvibes. Hopefully everything will be perfect. I hope the staff at the DLH are nice in real life!

So sorry to hear your sad news, my thoughts are with you all

I hope your trip is perfect and full of magical, wonderful moments :lovestruc
