Different email from epoll this time...

I once again emailed epoll asking about the GC's I redeemed for months ago. I got an email back again, but it was a different one this time...

"Dear E-Poll Member,

Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize for the delay in the shipment of
your reward. We realize that you have been waiting for your prize for quite
some time and appreciate your patience. Our distributors (CD companies,
Target, McDonalds, etc.) are experiencing a delay in sending us your reward.

We value your membership and offer you two solutions to this problem.

You can either have your points put back into your account and choose a
different prize, or wait until the rewards come in. The choice is yours.

Please let us know what you decide.

What do you guys think of that. I had originally redeemed for Target GC's. Those of you who have received your GC's from epoll, what did you redeem for? Thanks!
 
Well, it's been a LONG, LONG time since I redeemed from epoll. But at that time (it was early last year) I cashed in for phone cards and it took about 2 months to get them. How long have you been waiting?

Honestly, I guess I would email and ask them "when" they think the gc will come. And how long it will take if you redeem for something else. You may be better off just waiting it out at this point.
 
I am waiting on a Home Depot GC from MARCH! I emailed them yesterday and got a canned response. :mad:
