Different arrival dates one in one studio

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this. We are planning a family trip and have 3 studios booked in june. One is being shared by three adult children. The first few days one son, and the other tw arrive on Friday. The first son will leave Sumday. they are all planning to fly, and we are wondering how we can work DME. Has anyone ever dealt with this, and how did it work out. Thanks to everyone for all the info here. Most questions are answered without even asking.

I've had different arrival/departure dates for the same villas and it worked fine, both ways. Do you have a specific question?

My DH and DD went down last year a few days before me and my other DD. We just called ME to tell them that the day our reservation started, there would only be my DH and DD and they were not using ME, but that 2 days later, I would need it to get to the resort.

They just listed all of that and it was no problem. Just give them a call and explain to them when they are coming.

You can give individual flight info for each guest to the ME reservationist; I've done this twice before without incident, both for multiple rooms/arrival dates and for one room with two different arrival and departure dates.

As long as they are all listed on the reservation it doens't make a difference when they are arriving or departing, all you have to do is make seprate DME reservations for each of them.

MS/DME works wonders with this. On a recent trip I had 4 people arrive Friday afternoon, 1 Friday night, 1 Sunday night, then 1 left Monday morning, 3 left the following Sunday, and the last two left Tuesday morning from a different resort! Trust me, it was much easier setting up the Magical Express than it was buying the airline tickets so people traveling the same date could be on the same flights!!
