what is the difference between a Studio Dedicated and Studio Lock-Off thanks Kim

A dedicated studio would be like a stand alone hotel room (one door into hallway).

A lock-off would have a connecting door to a 1 bedroom (2 doors - 1 into hallway, 1 connecting to 1 bedroom).
