Difference in starting out Rack Room Rate?

Looking at WDW offers in Spring v. Summer. The Rack Room rate can vary, sometimes dramatically in the case of Deluxe hotels. Thoughts?

WDW resort pricing varies greatly -- from one resort to another as well as based on time of year and day of the week. "Deluxe" resorts do not all have the same room rate on the same night (neither do all moderates or all values). WDW has several "seasons" for pricing now as well, more than just the value/regular/peak that used to be in place.
