Why is there such a difference in BCV?

50 points. April use year. 50 points coming on 4/1/08 and 50 points coming on 4/1/09.

$105 a point? Isn't it $101 brand new thru Disney Direct? I realize smaller contracts get a premium but wow

that's what we've been hoping jik we decide to sell one of ours

while BCV appears to be very popular, i'd think BW, WL & AK would also be in the running

imo, a non-stripped 25-50 point contract (especially on the smaller side) could easily fetch more than $105 from the right buyer!

right buyer - being a person who is happy with banking, borrowing, transferring, etc. without a heavy monthly dues fee and understands that they can add on when convenient w/DVC direct.

(of course, all is subject to DVCs policies which apparently can change at their discretion unless specified otherwise)

i'm a realtor, i believe there is a house (TS) for everyone ; and i like to challenge the market - worst case, relist lower.

hope they get it, only makes ours better on paper.

I don't think BCV at $84 will pass ROFR. I think the people just want to sell it and get the money, from Disney.
