Difference in crowds, Christmas/NY, Easter week, or Memorial Day week

I know these are three very busy weeks in the parks, and that Christmas/New Year's is probably the most crowded, but how much worse is Christmas, as compared to Easter week, or Memorial Day week?

christmas to ny is extremely crowded.
easter week with spring break near by is crowded but some dates are doable.
memorial day week is the least of the 3 for crowds, but it still have them.
if you stay onsite at a deluxe, it is a lot smoother for you in the parks.

Mac - thanks for your great advice for our trip this past Memorial Day Weekend trip. We had so much fun we are planning a Christmas weekend trip. With that in mind... Christmas will be busier than Memorial Day weekend? I believe it, but I thought there were alot of people Memorial Weekend.
Any specific advice for watching Grinchmas and Macy's parade?

If you go from dec 24 up to New Year's Eve , you will face more crowds than you did for memorial weekend

Book now as room rates go really high for that time period when peeps start booking

Get a better priced room onsite by booking before all others do

Christmas week is the busiest it gets ..Memorial day doesnt come close

We were there Memorial Day 2015 and crowds were a breeze. We barely needed our EP. We only noticed it being really necessary on a few rides like the water rides in the afternoon and the coasters.

What about the week prior to Christmas. A friend is thinking of booking for Dec 16th - 23rd. Looking at historical wait times for rides in the past the week prior to Christmas, while busy, looked doable.

The closer you get to the 25 th, crowds grow

Dec 16 and days after that time period will be fine
I think more will be arriving 22 bd and next few days to the hotels and parks

Rooms are booked! Just have the "planning" left to do. I am excited for the Macy's Parade and the rides we didn't get in last time.
