Difference between Santa Goofy in DTD and Animal Kingdom?

Can anyone tell me what the difference is? We saw the one in Animal Kingdom 4 years ago, but Robo mentioned he was also in DTD. Does anyone have a photo of the one in DTD? The line seems so incredibly long there we skipped it last time.

Where is Santa Goofy in DTD? I've never seen him there!

I do know that this year Santa Goofy will also be a character at Minnie's Holiday Dine @ Hollywood & Vine in DHS.

At the Marketplace, you'll find Santa Claus waiting to greet you at his chalet in front of the World of Disney store. You can take your own pictures or use PhotoPass. When Santa leaves to deliver presents around the world, Santa Goofy will take his place!

Not to my knowledge. I'm sorry. We're seeing him in DHS at the H&V dinner though. It's supposed to be a good dinner, and amazed my wife snagged a reservation. If it's booked up and you still want to see him, I recommend using a Reservation service to try to nail one down for you.

Now that you mention it.. I do remember seeing Goofy replaces Santa after the 24th!! I totally forgot that was the reason. I also think that's the case for the parade as well as DTD, if I'm not mistaken.

OK, I think we will stick with seeing him elsewhere. We really loved the Mrs and Mr at Epcot. It was a beautiful pic.
