Difference between AP dining discount and TiW card

so i just upgraded to an annual pass for the first time (yay!) and i know that this year they are running the promotion where you get the dining discount. I was wondering if there is any difference between the dining discount with the AP and the one with the TiW card besides the alcohol?

Free valet parking with Tables when using the card. Also a better selection of restaurants.

I know you said "beside alcohol", but for those of us who enjoy drinks with dinner, this is a deal maker.

With our TIW card, a $40 bottle of wine becomes $32. When we go, we usually sTay 10 days or more. With a bottle of wine every night, plus an occasional cocktail, plus 20% savings on dinner and many lunches, that makes it worthwhile for us.

Not sure you can say it works on every bar on property or not. Not when you start talking about DS. That's a lot of bars and it's possible one doesn't take it somewhere. When I'm not sure, I ask. All they can do is say no

The TiW card works for lounges at resorts and parks. But it doesn't work for pool bars or other walk up places.

The TiW card also works for restaurants that don't give you the 20% AP discount, like Liberty Tree Tavern. But if you plan to dine at the restaurants that offer the 20% AP discount then I wouldn't get the TiW card. It takes $750 in purchases to break even on the $150 cost of the card.
