dif. colors for emh wristband???

When we were there last we did EMH a few times, both am and pm and all the bands were different colors. There was no mistaking one for another. And at MK evening EMH they were not letting people ride with out the bands. One father screamed and yelled at poor CM (young girl) demanding to ride Indy speedway. She told him that she would not let him ride without the bands. He pulled out his key card and said, there thats my proof. She said that entitles you to get the wrist band. Once you get the band, come back and ride. He was very rude and said how was he supposed to know the rules and how the rules were lame, blah blah blah. Glad she didn't budge though. I sure hope your friend doesn't get away with breaking the rules. From what we saw while we were there, I dont think she will be able to.

We also had to have our key cards scanned everytime for EMH evenings. And espically at MK our wristbands were checked on everyride we were admitted to. Epcot was not as consistent in checking and at MGM we only rode 2 rides and they checked both times. I'd say your friend will be like the family in front of us for HM, very unhappy and wishing they would have stayed on property!

My friend went in December and she saw CMs letting people on rides during MVMCP with no wristbands. She asked the CM why they were allowed on the ride and the CM told her "It's Disney!" So your friend may get away with it. Just to add my exp, during the park clearing out for MVMC we had to show our bands once to ride Aladdin's Carpets.

I can say this was definately not the case during our December visit. We were asked to show our wrist band each and every time, even later in the evening. We saw several families that were denied boarding and directed to the exit.
