Really stupid question. But does this include the actual lanyard (the rope) or is it just the picture?

1st time cruiser---- So the KTTW card, I see pics of people wearing it. Does everyone need one? Adults and the kiddies?

Yes, it will include the lanyard string. Connie and I are still figuring out whether it will be a plain black or a some sort of personalized one. Then it will also have the badge holder.

As for the Key to the World, adults and children get them (not sure about infants). You will need this to get on and off the ship and for any purchases.

It's not too late to join in all the fun. Start by taking a look at our cruise website (compliments of Connie [travelbee]). There's ton of information there. There is currently a poll for the tasting and post here or PM me if you would like me to add you to the list. You can do the same if you would like a lanyard. Kristi (True Romance) is the organizer of the FE and wristbands. The first 2 lists on the FE are closed but I believe a 3rd list has been started.

Our vacation plans for 2012 was just decided for us. My brother-in-law is getting married and they just announced they are doing a Destination Wedding to the Riviera Maya in Playa del Carmen, outside of Cancun. So now pricing the AI the wedding is at and airfare for 5 to Cancun. Yikes. The air is more then 7 days at the resort. So I guess no cruise for us next year. I am really hopping for a biggie in 2013--Med, Panama, or something. Might book a dummy date onboard until we see what is in store for 2013.

Yep Emily, got you on Group Three. This list will not close until a week or 2 before the cruise so it gives more newcomers a chance to add. I can keep you updated on the numbers.

Heard it's nice there, we've been to Cozumel and have talked about going back. Look into a package deal through TA's also.

Oh I feel your pain...I started a kitchen renovation on Feb 1 - it was SUPPOSED to be done 2 weeks ago...now I am waiting for replacement tile to arrive - I hope it shows up by April 1...otherwise I will come home to a new semester AND the contractor under my feet for another week. A bit of PD might help...I just finished putting everything in the cabinets...8 hours!!! gads...after an 18 hour shift at work.

Here's to knowing all about 19 year olds. Best thing I ever did for our last foster son was push him out of the nest last Oct. He will be 20 next month. He was thinkin' he could do whatever he pleased and not abide by our rules anymore. He had a dose of reality with school and life, but it's really helped him to grow up and of course he still comes home for dinner (he can smell me cooking tri-tip or steak), his mail, dad's help on the car and a care package of food. Had to do it to our oldest son too.

Love them all, but this is why some animals eat their young.

Make?? We bring them for their attitudes so we can drink more.

We went to WDW in '07 with DSister, Karen and family. Her son our our foster son are the same age. They spent the whole time on their phones and kept getting lost in all the parks. Don't even know if they actually went on any rides without us.
