Now that Girls Scout cookies sales are over, our living room is free of cookies. But the corner where cookies were stored is now the new home of our vacation bags. I can't believe that we under a month away. I can't wait.

I just love that movie and Mama Odie, she sees things so clearly.

Boy how do you do it with all those cookies in the house let alone in the front room? Danny would get the gallon of milk out and pull up a chair to the table...he wouldn't come up for air till the table was cleared. Virdis, you must be a saint.

TrueRomance and other ladies, I am working hard to fit into my smallest of clothes in my closet, but alas I don't think I'll make it in time for the cruise. Even if I do, chances are high that 3 buffets into the cruise a button will pop off! I'm going to pick the ones with a little wiggle room...or is it jiggle room technically? I'm hooked on my TurboFire DVDs! Working hard daily, using MyFitnessPal on my iPhone to track my progress so my friends can share in the fun. We just do the best we can, and we can dance off the buffet calories on the ship! Or power walk in the mornings...yeah!

I actually printed them directly onto magnetic paper. I believe it's a little pricer than laminating and adding magnetic strips but since I plan to keep using them over and over I didn't mind. You can get the magnetic sheets at most office supply stores. I think I actually ordered mine on-line from a company that specialized in magnetic paper and got a good deal.

I haven't really started packing yet. I've been dumping some things in a bag in a corner of the living room but that's about it. I don't have my FE's done yet and still need to get the boys formal, my swimsuit and a few other things. Hopefully I will make a bigger dent in the next week or 2.

CALLING ALL FE Group 1; I'm on the Half part of the list giving out...
I have a big question for those with kiddies!!
I'm breaking all secrets on my craft FE gift for the sake of them going to the right ages of kids since I really only know my 2 girls (4y and 6y).
I'm taking a stab at making bottlecap necklaces and I just made my first 2 last night for my girls and they are pretty darn cute so I think I'll whip some out for the other kids on my FE list, but I have NO IDEA how old or young or even if the little dudes would wear them with their fave Disney characters on them. I'm putting them on colored hemp string that is adjustable, and it hangs from a loop, not a magnet like the super trendy cool ones.

So, help a girl out...If you have a child on the FE Group 1 list that gets a gift from me, the half lister, please tell me if your child...cabin and name would like one of these cutie pie necklaces, and if they do please tell me what kind of graphic/character they like. It doesn't have to be Disney.

Kel, this sounds like a big endeavor. Good luck! DD (Allison in 6624) would love any necklaces. She's into the "big girl" stuff now... things like "peace", "love", etc. I think anything she gets she'll be happy!

you guys are way too organized. Packing will probably happen the Fri/Sat before we leave. I have to finish the FEs this weekend though since we'll be camping next weekend and going to Las Vegas the weekend after that. DH just axed my idea of having DD swim in a meet the morning of the cruise so I guess we'll have extra time and be getting to the ship early!

I have a suitcase opened up on our pool table (yeah, we don't use it much ) and I'm putting the kids' clothes in there as I find things I want them to take. I haven't started packing for myself yet, but I will probably soon. I have a bad habit of forgetting things I use the morning before I leave, like deodorant, hairbrush, etc, so I've just bought extras to pack so I don't forget this time!

I'm so excited, the second half of my fish extender gifts should arrive today--so I'm eagerly awaiting the FexEx truck

I used to use mine as a laundry folding table and catch all before we got rid of it. I miss that big think sometimes. Great for a buffet too.

Maybe you can have it say " WONDER " on all of them, using the font that looks like the ship logo or Walt font. That way they would have a memento of the cruise and it is sweet to Wonder...
