Anyone else on a diet or trying to lose weight? I've been dieting for about two weeks and have lost 7 pounds(: it's not that i'm overweight i just wanna lose weight for softball season next month (: how about you?
 
I was just talking about this earlier! Yea I am one of those naturally skinny people, but I like to stay fit and healthy, and especially since Summer is approaching I wanna start making my habits like they used to be.(: I haven't been in Cheerleading since I left my old school and in my new P.E. class they don't have us run the mile every week, so that made me get lazy with working out. It had really been bothering me latley that I haven't been eating as well or working out so today I started eating better and I worked out. I mean I dance everyday, but I forgot that renewed feeling of eating better and working out! It's definitely something I am gonna keep up! (:

I don't really have to worry about diets, since I've got a high metabolism and can pretty much eat anything I want without gaining weight. But where I'm not so lucky is that the junk food I'm used to eating is just terrible on my skin. So I've just started eating healthier, I don't want to lose weight, if I did I'm sure my doctor would be pretty mad at me, I just want healthier skin.

And I only have gym freshman year, and it's just for 1 quarter, which will be at the end of the school year this year... So I really need to get up and take my dog on walks.

Same here. But I just like staying healthy(not only because it makes your skin better, but you just feel better, and it's good for your heart and stuff Lol.). But I am underweight so when I say I wanna excercise more and such my friends look at me like I'm crazy.:upsidedow haha

same here. i could pig out and not gain wieght. its nice, but i hate the effect it has on my skin :headache: i makes me sick too. ive been eating a lot healthierfoods, and its cleared up my skin :yay: water clears my skin too :) lol

I'm dieting but I'm 40 with 2 kids(now teens)
in high school I ate whatever - having kids changed that
I want to lose another 15 lbs (down 30 from last year) goal is 120 to 125
 
Im sadly not one of those people...every thing affects me weight or skin! So I totally cut of choclate and oily food witch helped me maintain my clear skin before I hit a stage where pimples would come, but I really want to lose about three pounds. Im not over weight but I do want to be skinnyer, (however you splell it.) So any of you have good ways to lose and maintain pounds? :wish100
