to our family here on the web. I am hopeful that you will find the information and/or encouragement that you may need in order to make your goals attainable. (Boy, that was "stuffy"!) Thanks for joining us. To repeat some of what CJK said, we do have a great bunch of people here that has went through a lot. We have all had some successess and some failures. You can get a half dozen different opinions to any question. The great thing is that they all work. Just need to find what works for you! Doing some walking is a great way to start. Just one important piece of advice. Please make sure that you stretch before you do any type of exercise. It doesn't matter if you are walking, riding a bike or lifting weights, we always need to stretch and make sure we avoid injury. Another piece of advice would be to not let exercising get boring. We do what we do to live a healthier and happier lifestyle. Part of that statement is "happier". We can't be happy if we are always "dreading" our exercise. There are several different routines that we can do to keep it interesting and fun. I hope that makes sense and again, thanks for coming by!!
CJK I really hate that we are going to miss each other by such a short margin. Your success and words of wisdom has been such a motivation for me for so long that I would love to be able to reach out and show some sort of gratitude. To actually be able to share a moment, a meal or just a

would be phenominal. (Of course, it might throw our spouses just a little but we would understand.) I am sure you are going to have a wonderful trip. When are you going to be at WDW and when will you be back? I will be anxiously awaiting a continuation to the trip report that you started last time. And to answer your question, I will post some pictures once I get back. I actually just bought a new camera for such a reason.
I am in final countdown stage. I have 5 days before we leave and it is affecting me already. I am not sleeping at night. I talked about my trip with a client today and was saying how DW and I are doing a 2nd Honeymoon trip. She asked are we going anywhere FUN? I said, "You bet! We are going to Disney!". She replied, "I guess it depends on what your definition of fun is to be able to enjoy that trip." I was floored

!! I have been 25 times and I look forward to each trip just like it is my first. I just don't understand. Oh well. I guess I am not supposed to. I better go. I look forward to talking to all of you again at least once more before I leave.
Stay motivated, energetic and active and we will ALL succeed!!!
