What diet/no added sugar drinks are available at the resorts and in the parks?

I drink water and diet coke but want a little change during the 10 days we are there, crystal light on the go isn't an option as we won't be going to the shops and it's not available here in the UK

Do they sell unsweetened ice tea or lemonade? What about vitamin water zero?
Are they all readily available or will we have to go on a hunt for the low calorie drinks?

Every restaurant will have one Diet option and I'm pretty sure that will be Diet Coke. The parks are a little more restrictive but I have read that the resorts also have Coke Zero and a few others.

I do think they will also have unsweetened iced tea, its mostly not going to be brewed tea but Gold Peak a Coke brand.

I have seen vitamin water zero since its a coke brand maybe not at the CS locations but at carts. TS probably will not have these waters but some may have other specialty brands..

I have to ask, isn't unsweetened lemonade pretty tart :goodvibes or maybe you are asking for a diet version which some places have Minutemaid light lemonade.

One issue about the water out of the bubblers (isn't that what you call them across the pond) most people think the water in WDW is very bad tasting to the point of being undrinkable. If you can find them there, you should buy a filtered water bottle that uses a charcoal filter.

You can also get cups of ice water at any CS location. That water, because is what they use to make the soft drinks, is filtered.

Diet Coke is available everywhere that pop is sold. For your other diet options, you should look in the gift shop at your resort. That is going to be your best bet.

I only drink diet drinks and it is too bad that retailers to not stock more of a selection of non sugared beverages. In the top 10 carbonated beverages, 30% are diet, but that is not reflected in the selection at restaurants.

Many CS and TS places offer a light pomegranate lemonade that is really delicious and refreshing!! It's not sugar free, but it is low sugar. I wish I could find it at home!

as above posters stated....no problem finding diet drinks

Diet Coke is everywhere :thumbsup2 as is bottled and tap waters. Vitamin water zero and powerade zero are available at carts and most CS restaurants with bigger selections, unsweetened ice tea is available almost everywhere too :thumbsup2

I remember seeing diet dr. pepper at POP (I think) Also if you go to downtown disney area and walk across the street to the Hess gas station you can buy pepsi products and diet sprite and others there for pretty cheap.

You should have no trouble getting plenty of options to drink...have a great time!

Dr. Pepper is not offered anywhere at WDW, as it is not distributed in Florida by Coca-Cola.

Coke Zero is offered in many places at WDW as well as Diet Coke.

Nope at best it would have been Diet Mr. Pibb since Dr Pepper is not Coke, at least not in this country. (I researched it and its complicated).

Or maybe it might have been years ago before Dr Pepper switched ownership and local Coke bottlers used to distribute it.

From what I understand Dr. Pepper is produced independently and different companies distribute it in different areas. I don't know who distributes it in Central Florida, but it's not Coca-Cola, and since Disney handles only Coca-Cola products they don't have it.

Also, I've been to the Hess station near the Boardwalk, they do not sell any Pepsi, Dr. Pepper or anything other than Coke products, I suppose because they are on Disney property. I don't know if the DTD Hess is the same way or not, although I'm reasonably sure it is on Disney property. Although the Starwood hotels generally sell Pepsi products, the Swan and Dolphin serve Coke.

generally speaking...you are limited to unsweetened tea and coke or perhaps coke zero in parks...i don't typically pay attention to vitamin water or power aid so i'll take everyone else's word on that

resorts usually offer a little more. sprite zero is available by the bottle in most places...as is coke zero.

The gold peak tea that coke distributes is actually pretty good. and there are dispensers at SOME of the resorts. You may also be able to get the minute maid light lemonade. I know that it used to be pretty widespread in both parks and resorts. Soft drinks don't seem to be uniform in WDW...which i can't imagine as there is chicken, steak, and salmon on every menu and the same "disney parks" junk in every merchandise store.

1. Yea but this is the weird part if you read this one paragraph says one thing and the next says something different. But anyway even if they did bottle it, I still don't they would sell it there since basically they are just a sub contractor and have their own "pepper flavor" soft drink.

2. Both Hess stations only sell Coke products. I've never been to either but I've read a lot of "Where can I satisfy my Mt. Dew/Dr Pepper addiction?" threads.

You mean "highest sugar content, highest caffeine content, highest citric acid content" Mt. Dew?

Translation = Dental Work

Truly a vile substance...and i actually like it.

It's loaded with more caffeine than coffee...and way more than other carbonated drinks...that's why it has addicts.

Diane Sawyer did a special about the people that live up in the mountains of kentucky and tennessee a couple of years ago and a part of it was showing kids that drank mountain dew from birth and their teeth were destroyed by age 10...it really shouldn't be sold in this country. They were putting it in baby bottles.

People 99% of the time are simply not bright enough on average to protect themselves. Anyone who disputes that is in la la land. Sad but true.

how ironic that mountain people drink mountain dew- :rotfl:

anyone who thinks a neon yellow drink would be good for a baby has serious problems...

Thanks everyone for your answers, it seems like we will have other options that just diet coke/coke zero. That's always part of the fun of going on holiday(vacation) to eat and drink new things, light lemonade and pomegranate lemonade sounds good :)

They were putting it in baby bottles.

Sometimes I see people do this with coke and I just want to scream at them!

Have you ever seen Toddlers and Tiaras? Some of the girls get their special pick me up drink before they go on stage.

Not to say any bad about the story, but did she at all look into if they had regular dental checkups and or drank fluoridated water? Probably not.

Don't be dissin my Dew. :goodvibes I really don;t drink it that much maybe a can month, but when I do its heaven. :thumbsup2

Google "Dew Mouth"
It's sad that it's a thing!
Back on topic, I drank unsweetened iced tea at every table service we went to in January. No problem at all.

The DTD Hess sells Pepsi products. The two you're thinking of that sell only Coke are the one near the Boardwalk and the one near the Car Care Center. The DTD location is off Disney property and has a typical gas station selection.

Have you actually seen Pepsi there? :confused3 I have never read anything like this.

If you look at Google Maps, unless there is some sort of weird jog in the property lines, it looks like its on property.
