Didn't Think it was Possible...What Dragged me from the DIS

I can only keep up with one discussion board. Only one that is if I want to do anything else besides sit in front of my computer......didn't think anything could drag me from the DIS, but I am embarrased to admit something has.

I have been totally sucked in by the Casey Anthony trial And have been spending my normal DIS time at Websleuths discussion board. I don't know what it is, but I am completely fascinated. I followed it in the beginning, then just occasionally the last couple years, but now that the trial has started? Oh my. Thankfully all my regular shows have ended because my DVR is full of trial stuff. I know you guys in Orlando are sick to death of it, but I can't help myself. I'm taking today off mostly because I realized how much I miss the DIS.

So how's everyone been?????

I'll admit I have been following the case. In the beginning you couldn't help but know the details here in Orlando.

Since the trial started I have a different opinion of George, Cindy, Lee. They see more human than they did when they were looking for Caylee.

I do find it strange that the media has moved past the presumption she is innocent until proven guilty. It isn't alleged anything, everyone pretty much is convinced she did it. I think she did it.

I can't wait to see how the defense is going to defend her actions.

We are hearing some of it up here, but not much.....and it's the same here...they are presuming that she is guilty.

ITA about George, Cindy and Lee...it was awful when Cindy completely broke down on the stand.

I'm very curious about what the defense is going to say too. His opening statement was shocking for sure.....I just don't believe a word of it.

You'll have to let me know how it goes, because I just *CANNOT* watch it. That woman makes me want to throw up.

Testimony today is forensic, Dr Vass from the Body Farm....I recommend NOT watching while eating dinner.

the one thing you must do about a defense that is indefensable is to throw alternatives into the mix to try and create some doubt....i call it the Jeffery McDonald ploy.........he said three men and a hippy woman broke in and killed his wife and daughters........with this its the drowning....there will be more...maybe a one armed man.........didnt work then........wont work now. it was, by definition, most likely an accident. using the chloroform as a babysitter. ya just cant fix stupid.
