One tip I'll add is I had a lot of little stuff that I didn't want to individually mark-Happy Meal toys, trinkets from carnivals, small kitchen gadgets,etc. I marked a big box 10 cents. DH thought I was nuts, but it was a huge hit!! I bet I made at least $10 off that box of stuff I was origionally going to throw out.

Thank you thank you for reposting this thread. I read it to the DH and after he heard what you all made at your sales, I got him to help me clean out 4 closets and the garage toward a sale before our June trip. Not only we will have extra cash, but my house looks GORGEOUS!
