I did receive a survey on how well Disney's overall experience was when I called reservations and booked my trip. Never received a postcard in my life. But the strange thing is, they emailed me the survey to an address that is not on file with them, so I thought. Everytime I call reservations, they read me my address that I always use, and I say yes that is correct. I can't understand why they sent the survey to my second hand address, while I signed up with all Disney things, but never receive a thing with the one they have on file.
Also, I did write in the survey how I felt "why I never receive a postcard for discounts". I don't think it will help me get one, just wanted to let them know, if they really do read their surveys.
