Still waiting in DE too! Everyday I have such high hopes when I hear the mail truck, but everday there is no special package at my door. I hope it comes soon. It looks so cute. I have its spot all picked out to hang in the library which is where my other Disney prints hang.

It refers to the DVC promotion of Chase Disney's credit card. It was mentioned in the members e-mail and it's noted on the Members Site. Apply for the credit card using the DVC links and use the card in a certain time period and you get $75 off the DVC dues bill.
