We never seem to get the postcards either, but I've called and received the discount.

I called yesterday on the "new reservation" prompt to compare prices to a brand new reserv...Somehow the CM knew I had an existing reservation...Think the computer system has now changed????????

Well i just called and was told theres no code for me and DF. I was told it would be under one household not the names if we live together. I was also told its too early for any deals for Nov. She told me to try back in July or August.

When I called a couple weeks ago for my October trip I checked my name and my husband's name. My DD had received a post card for a 40% off but since she is not coming with us on this trip because of her new job, we can't use it! Bummer!!! The CM was very nice and told me that he'd check our names for me. Anyway, my DH had codes attached to his name (although it was for times we couldn't use) and I did not. The CM even told me that DH had codes that had been attached to his name (several in fact) from 2007 that we didn't even know of!!! So I am checking both our names whenever I call!

Last Labor day when I was goig dow during FD there was a code for an free upgrade from the POP to SSR. It was under my DH name. He was ot travelig with us but we were still able to use the code. (It took calls and many CM to figure it out.
