Did your 2005 monthly dues go up or down?

When we got our notice of the dues in Dec, I was surprised that our dues went down around $30.00 a month and we own at new SSR. Anyone else have the same thing happen to them?
What is up with that? Any thoughts to why and do you think they will go back up next year?
